I first want to thank all the members who supported me by taking the time to vote and for those of you for exercising your right to vote.  I am happy to have a strong mandate going into a contract year and myself and your Executive team, with the support of our Committees and Stewards will work hard to look out for your interests.  I also want to thank Mike Beaton for taking an interest in the local and the membership.

All members are encouraged to visit the website as this is our best tool to pass on valuable information to you.  This is your local and we want your input so please send us your ideas so we can improve things for the better of all members.
