Employee Savings Plan (3) As of December 1st, 2005, eligible Bell Technical Solutions employees will have the opportunity to participate in the BCE Inc. Employees Savings Plan (ESP). The ESP allows employees to save on a regular basis by purchasing common shares of BCE Inc. through payroll deductions. To encourage you to save, the company will make a contribution equal to one third of your contribution level, to a maximum of 2%.
