View Paystub  Update your email address  Articles BARGAINING REPORT #8 BELL TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS - Tentative Agreement Reached Published: June 12, 2009  Print  Sisters and Brothers, Today the bargaining committee signed a tentative agreement with BTS for a new five year collective agreement. The tentative agreement includes significant improvements in many areas; including wages, benefits, pensions, seniority rights, vacations, and upgrades. The Union has also settled the hundreds of grievances related to the 5 recognition holidays. The bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement. Ratification meetings are currently being arranged in all Locals across Ontario where the bargaining committee will explain full details of the new contract and conduct ratification votes. The results of ratification vote will be announced on Friday, July 3. The bargaining committee appreciates the solidarity and support that the membership has shown while we have been working hard over several months to reach our bargaining goals. Solidarity works!
