Seen it posted in the workcenter?

If you have you have been a victim of company propaganda!!!
Know your rights! Article 18:07 (B) clearly states that the company must seek volunteers and if the required numbers are insufficient will schedule temporary employees.If any regular employee should find himself being forced to work he should "politely" explain his rights to his manager and request to meet with his union steward.
Propaganda is infectious! protect yourself, don't become the next victim!
